AAA Day at the Home Show!
AAA members save $4 on Wednesday.

For the remainder of the Home Show, March 13-16, AAA members save $2 off the price of admission. To receive the discount, show your valid AAA membership card at the ticket window. Discount good on up to two adult tickets.

Rejuvenation Night!
Come to the Home Show's first-ever Rejuvenation Night! From 6-9 pm you can relax with complimentary spa treatments and skin care demos by the experts at Spa Vuré, which has four locations throughout Rhode Island, including one in Providence Place.

Chef Nick Rabar of Cox's Stir It Up will kick off the Cooking Series, followed by Michael A. Conetta, executive chef at the Waterman Grille, and the Johnson & Wales University student organization Green Collaborative.

Joe Zito, popular host of The TV Maitre d', and Linda Beaulieu, author and Rhode Island food guru, will be on hand to autograph copies of The TV MAITRE D' COOKBOOK: Your Guide to the Best Restaurants and Chefs in Southern New England Featuring Their Secret Recipes.


Friday, March 14th


Smile and say “Patriots!” Have your photo taken with two of the beautiful Patriots cheerleaders and their larger-than-life mascot Pat Patriot! This simple act will help raise much-needed funds for Builders Helping Heroes, which provides construction assistance to Rhode Island military personnel wounded or killed in service since September 11, 2001. The Rhode Island Builders Association, which owns and operates the Home Show, has been instrumental in creating Builders Helping Heroes, a cooperative, non-profit program with the R.I. End-of-the-Day Beer Brewing Demos!

Unwind on Friday & Saturday from 7-9 pm with Frank Fermino from Hoppy Brewer. Frank will show each stage of the beer-making process, talk about the history of home brewing, and answer questions about everyone's favorite beverage. He will also be serving samples!

Thursday's
Stop & Shop Top Chefs Series

Chef Nick Rabar will kick off the Cooking Series! Nick is executive chef of the Chow Fund Food Group, which includes outstanding restaurants like XO Steakhouse, Ten Prime Steak & Sushi, and Citron Wine Bar & Bistro. Many locals may recognize him as the affable host of Stir It Up on Cox.

Also performing a cooking demo on Thursday will be Michael A. Conetta, executive chef at the Waterman Grille. A lifelong Rhode Islander, Michael is known for his creativity when it comes to the Waterman Grille's focus on small plates and comfort food using only the freshest seasonal ingredients.

The Johnson & Wales University student organization Green Collaborative will close out the cooking demonstrations. These chefs-in-training are forging friendships with local farmers and they care about all aspects of the industry from where the food they are preparing is coming from to how it looks on your plate.
