About the Expo

The main features of the Energy Expo are located in the concourse entryway outside the main hall.  It is here that you will find the main features of the Expo including the Energy Efficiency Showcase, Tours for the Innovative Energy Hub,  sign-ups for No Cost Home Energy Assessments, and info on the latest energy programs and rebates!

 

Additionally, the Energy Expo has grown to include the entire RI Home Show!  As you walk through the show, you will notice signage and specific color coded markings on the show floor designating energy vendors.  From the latest solar technologies to the best home energy solutions, you’ll find the vendor you need.

 

1. SIGN UP FOR A "NO COST" HOME ENERGY ASSESSMENT!

 

Save energy and money by making energy-efficiency upgrades to your home!. To get started, ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS VISIT THE NATIONAL GRID BOOTH, SIGN UP, MAKE AN APPOINTMENT, an Energy Specialist will visit your home to conduct a no-cost home energy assessment to establish what areas need improvement. The Energy Specialist will check things like appliances, heating systems, water heaters, and insulation levels.  There is no cost for this service!

 

Personalized Recommendations

Your Energy Specialist will leave you with a personalized summary of energy-saving recommendations that will improve your home’s efficiency and help you save money. You’ll also receive helpful information about available rebates and additional incentives to make your upgrades even more affordable. To schedule your no-cost home energy assessment visit the National Grid Booth at the RI Home Show.

 

Eligibility

Rhode Island residential customers of National Grid may qualify if they are the homeowner and occupy a 1-to-4 unit home. Some restrictions may apply. Offer subject to change without notice. Savings and energy efficiency experiences may vary. If you rent an apartment or own an individual condominium unit, unfortunately you cannot apply directly for this program. Your building owner/agent must contact us directly to determine eligibility and enroll your building in the program. We encourage you to speak to your building owner about your interest.
